Its one of the most common snack you will find in confectionary and chai shops in pakistan and india. Namak pare are made from all purpose flour and salt these two are the most common ingredients. Today i\'m making step by step khasta namak paare recipe in a easy way in urdu/hindi by Aliza In The Kitchen.  0:00-Namak Para Recipe 0:40- Ingredients 0:45-Kneading the dough 1:55-Dough is ready 2:05-Rolling the dough 2:14-Cutting 2:50-Frying the namak para 3:55-The namak para is ready  INGREDIENTS - 1) 1/2 kg refined flour 2) 1 tsp salt 3) 1/2 tsp black seeds (kalongi,onion seeds) 4) 4-4 tbsp ghee 5) Ghee for frying  METHOD - 1) In a bowl,add maida,black seeds and ghee.Rub ghee into the flour for 10-12 mins as  it makes the dough crispy. 2) Gradually add water as required and make a firm dough,nor too tight nor too soft,then cover and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. 3) Now make equal size balls and flatten the dough like a chapati and cut it like a  namak para/nimki/namkeen. 4) Heat ghee and deep fry the namkeens till golden in colour at a high to medium flame and serve with tea'
